Biographical Information

I have been practicing law since 1982, representing people for serious personal injuries throughout the United States. I am presently admitted to the State Bar of three separate states: New York, Florida and Michigan. My successful litigation in venues throughout the country attests to my ability to perform at the highest level anywhere and under any circumstances. I take special interest in complex industrial and commercial negligence, including explosions, chemical exposure, construction mishaps and unsafe work practices.

During the last 10 years, I have focused my practice on industrial injuries with a special concentration on handling traumatic brain injury cases. I think the cards are stacked against the average working man and woman. I consider it a personal crusade to fight for them and get them their just due.
