Biographical Information
Todd is the owner and Senior Trial lawyer of Kanoski Bresney, P.C. The firm was established in 1978 as a boutique litigation law firm exclusively dedicated to helping those wrongly harmed throughout central Illinois. KB has 8 offices, with cases throughout the state and in Iowa.
Todd was inducted in the 40 lawyers under 40 to watch in 2008; as a Board Member in the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association in 2009; as a Top 100 Trial Lawyer by the National Trial Lawyers in 2014; in Illinois Leading Lawyers since 2018, which only recognizes the top 5% attorneys in the state; in Lawyers of Distinction in 2021 and as a Super Lawyer in 2024.
