Outcome: “Not Guilty” on both counts of Attempted Murder. Description: Client was charged in the Los Angeles County Superior Court-San Fernando Branch, with two counts of attempted murder (Penal Code sections 664/187), including “Gang Enhancements” and “Gun Enhancements.” Client was facing consecutive life sentences.
Zelaya, et al. v. Confidential – March 17, 2015 (Personal Injury) – Settlement – 1 Million Dollars,
Description: Premises Liability and Wrongful Death. Decedent was fatally injured by iron gate that was in a state of disrepair.
Confidential v. Confidential– June 2023 (Wrongful Death) $10,000,000 Settlement.
