Biographical Information
Russell D. Nicolet is a trial attorney and president of Nicolet Law Accident & Injury Lawyers, a personal injury firm based in Wisconsin and Minnesota. Mr. Nicolet focuses his practice on personal injury, serving clients throughout Wisconsin and Minnesota.
Mr. Nicolet has been practicing law for over a decade and has worked on cases involving motor vehicle accidents, animal bites, slip-and-fall accidents, truck accidents, wrongful death, and other injuries caused by the negligence of others. He knows the pressures his clients face and fights hard to get them the best results, often in the face of stiff opposition from insurance companies, banks, and other powerful defendants.
Active in professional organizations, Mr. Nicolet is a member of the Eau Claire County Bar Association, the St. Croix Valley Bar Association, the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Minnesota State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Wisconsin Association for Justice, and the National Trial Lawyers.
Mr. Nicolet received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point and earned his law degree from William Mitchell College of Law, now known as Mitchell Hamline School of Law. He holds licenses to practice law before the Wisconsin and Minnesota state courts, as well as the federal courts in western Wisconsin and Minnesota.
