Biographical Information
Rob Sachs limits his practice exclusively to plaintiffs’ complex personal injury claims including:
- Medical malpractice
- Nursing Home
- Tractor trailer/commercial vehicle/bus wrecks
- Product liability
For five years, Rob served as one of Pennsylvania’s Governors on the Board of the American Association for Justice. While on that Board, he chaired the Nursing Home Litigation Group and the Publications Committee. He has also been a Governor of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice for over ten years. In Philadelphia, Rob is on the Board of The Lawyers Club of Philadelphia.
Rob has lectured and written extensively on nursing home and trucking issues. He also blogs and teaches high school new drivers about safe driving and other personal injury issues.
Rob has also volunteered countless hours as a volunteer on behalf of the Philadelphia Volunteers for the Indigent (VIP) program as well as serving on the national Board of Directors for the Public Justice Foundation, headquartered in Washington and Oakland.

Professional Experience
Rob began his career as a medical malpractice defense lawyer and after ten years he began representing only injured victims and their families along with legendary plaintiffs lawyer, David Shrager, Esquire. Over the last 23 years as a plaintiffs lawyer, he has handled hundreds of medical malpractice and nursing home negligence cases as well as trucking cases. His practice has ranged from the most complex surgical cases, to delayed diagnosis of cancer, birth trauma, nursing home fall cases, and the most complex truck accidents. He frequently takes on cases involving wrongful death and survival claims.
