Ray E. Richards, II is a trial lawyer. He has a dynamic and diverse law practice in the areas of criminal, civil, business transactions, and injury litigation.  He also focuses his practice on Sports and Entertainment Law, including assisting and counseling in contract negotiation, drafting and review.  He provides legal resolution on matters that arise directly or indirectly related to his client’s profession.  Further, Mr. Richards oversees and advises on any compliance matter involving regulatory or enforcement bodies for clients in the NBA, NFL and numerous World Boxing Commissions.  He maintains an AV Preeminent Rating from Martindale-Hubbell, which is the highest possible rating an attorney can achieve for both ethical standards and legal ability.
