Biographical Information
Women often aren’t represented well when it comes to divorce and child custody. Many lawyers feel they can take advantage of women and offer less-than-adequate performances. The Law Offices of Paul H. Nathan fight for the rights of women, to help them receive the results they deserve regarding child and spousal support and child custody, in addition to a variety of other aspects regarding the ending of a marriage. Paul just finished writing a book called What Every Woman in California Should Know About Divorce.
Paul graduated cum laude from the University of San Francisco, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree and was on the Dean’s List. He graduated from the Golden Gate University School of Law and also attended Gerry Spence’s Trial Lawyers College in Dubois, WY.
Paul has experience as a trial lawyer, which helps him to better represent exclusively women in divorce, custody and support matters as well as when representing the injured.
Paul received the AV Preeminent Award from Martindale Hubbell, and was named a “Rising Star” by SuperLawyers in 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018. He was also named one of the “Top Attorneys in California” by San Francisco magazine.
