Michael McCrum

Michael McCrum is a trial attorney from San Antonio, operating his own law office. He has practiced law for 29 years, and has been recognized in the past as one of the “Best Lawyers in America”, a Texas “Super Lawyer” in Texas Monthly Magazine, and one of the “Best Lawyers in San Antonio” in San Antonio’s Scene in SA Magazine. He is a Fellow in the Texas Bar Foundation and San Antonio Bar Foundation, and served as an Assistant United States Attorney in the Western District of Texas for eleven years. While at the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Michael supervised federal prosecutors in the Major Crimes and General Drug Sections, sat as Chairman of the Federal and State Health Care Fraud Task Force, and received numerous awards and recognition from the United States Attorney General, the United States Attorney, and numerous federal law enforcement agencies. Michael has experience in the area of civil trial law and commercial transactions, having worked numerous years in San Antonio for the civil law firms of Groce, Locke & Hebdon and what formerly was known as Davis & Cedillo, and was also a policeman for approximately five years. He is also an Associate Pastor for Bulverde United Methodist Church, and the proud father of five children. He is married to a lovely woman named Ana.
