Biographical Information
Michael Guajardo, a Texas native and graduate of Texas Tech University, began representing accident victims in 1996 after a few years spent doing defense work. In 2011, Mike partnered with his longtime friend, Greg Marks, to form Guajardo & Marks, LLP, a personal injury law firm in Dallas.
Together, Dallas personal injury lawyers Mike Guajardo and Greg Marks handle all types of personal injury cases including car accidents, truck accidents, motor vehicle defects, wrongful death, construction accidents and other catastrophic injury matters.
Michael has consistently been recognized a top personal injury lawyer in Dallas and statewide and has held numerous leadership positions in the legal field, including President of Texas Trial Lawyers Association.
