Biographical Information
Michael A. Fruhling specializes in a wide variety of personal injury cases, especially medical malpractice cases in New York and New Jersey including Cerebral Palsy, Erb’s Palsy and other birth injuries. Michael also represents victims of surgical errors and misdiagnosis. He joined Gersowitz, Libo and Korek, P.C. in 1991 and became partner in 1999.
Michael sits on the Board of Governors for the New Jersey Association for Justice. In this role, he has fought to strengthen the laws to help consumers, as well as the victims of medical malpractice and personal injury in New Jersey.
