Hurricane attorney Mark Barney has practiced law in West Virginia for over sixteen years.  His prior experience includes serving as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable O.C. Spaulding in Putnam County Circuit Court.  Additionally, Mr. Barney served as an Administrative Law Judge with the West Virginia Public Employees Grievance Board.  He worked several years for a prominent personal injury firm in Charleston, West Virginia, where he represented people and families who were injured by the wrongful conduct by others.  He has handled jury trials and appellate cases in both state and federal court.
