Marc L. Breit

Mr. Breit earned his Juris Doctor at the St. Louis Univ. School of Law (December 1990). Before that, he completed his Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics (1986) at the Univ. of Louisville School of Business. He is licensed to practice law in both Kentucky and Indiana.

Mr. Breit has over 25 years of experience in litigating civil matters for his clients in Kentucky and Indiana. He is a civil litigation attorney involving personal injury and long term care cases representing individuals, families, businesses, and insurance companies. His civil litigation experience includes jury trials, mediations, arbitrations, and appellate levels in cases focused on personal injury and wrongful death claims in motor vehicle or trucking accidents, premise liability, commercial or business tort litigation, long term care or nursing home litigation, medical or healthcare negligence, and insurance law.

Mr. Breit has been named as the “Most Prolific Trial Attorney” among Kentucky civil practice lawyers by the Kentucky Trial Court Review (“KTCR”). For a long period of time, the KTCR – the leading jury trial tracking resource in Kentucky – recognized him for trying more jury trials than any other civil litigator in the state. The KTCR also named him the “Undisputed Threshold Heavyweight King” for winning the largest number of defense threshold verdicts in the KY over the prior decade and still leads the state in these verdicts.
