Biographical Information
My practice has been limited to personal injury litigation since 1985 when I joined Wapner Newman. The focus of my practice is medical malpractice litigation. I have litigated medical malpractices cases to verdict in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and the States of New Jersey and Delaware where I have been admitted to practice Pro Hac Vice on numerous occasions. A special interest of mine is birth trauma obstetrical malpractice.
I was named Managing Partner at Wapner Newman in 2009. I am currently serving a three year term on the Board of Directors of the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association.
