Joseph P. Williams

Since earning his juris doctor at Brooklyn Law School in 1992, New York native and accomplished mesothelioma, personal injury, and product liability attorney Joseph P. Williams has been working to secure financial assistance and compensation for New Yorkers and clients nationwide who become seriously ill or injured through no fault of their own.

Mr. Williams has established a national reputation as an attorney who champions for asbestos exposure victims and their families. He has successfully tried hundreds of cases and has helped attain millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements on behalf of clients.

His legal experience also includes serving as an assistant district attorney from 1992-1996. Mr. Williams is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the Federal District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts, the Second Circuit Court of Appeals, and the New York State Supreme Court.
