Biographical Information

Grew up in Chicago, Illinois, moved to Michigan in 1969, attended Northern Michigan University, moved to Vista, California in 1973, attended Thomas Jefferson Law School, received my Juris Doctorate in 1978 and have been practicing criminal law since 1978.

Professional Experience

Criminal Law has been my area of practice and expertise.  I have been practicing criminal law for 37 years.. Have handled over 4000 cases in my career, from murder cases to petty theft. Cases range from first degree murder, DUI’s, rape cases, child molestation, false arrest, kidnapping, bank robbery, drug cases and federal cases. I have tried numerous murder cases, some with not guilty verdicts, bank robbery cases, some with verdicts of not guilty, kidnapping cases some with not guilty verdicts.  Hundreds of trials in DUI’s, manslaughter cases, and drug cases and child molestation accusation cases.   I have been named criminal attorney of the  year by my peers as well as received numerous awards for my work in defending my clients.
