Biographical Information
Mr. Fincher’s practice focuses primarily on contested estate and trust litigation, business disputes, high asset divorces and other complex legal matters.
Mr. Fincher has helped people with their legal problems for over 30 years. He is a former city judge, former state representative and graduate of Harvard Law School.
He is a Certified Civil Trial Specialist, a Certified Family Law Specialist and a Certified Elder Law Attorney.
He holds the prestigious AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell and serves on the Tennessee Bar Association’s Board of Governors.
In addition to membership in the prestigious National Association of Distinguished Counsel, Mr. Fincher has been ranked a SuperLawyer since 2006; is a Life Fellow of the American Bar Foundation (reserved for 1% of US attorneys); and is a long time member of the Million Dollar Advocates (lawyers with judgments of $1+ million).
