Gerald Marcus

Gerald Marcus began his career as a licensed private investigator, specializng in developing and preparing personal injury cases for one of the largest personal injury  law firms in Los Angeles County during the period of 1980-1985. Mr. Marcus attended the Southern California Institute of Law at the Ventura College of Law campus during the period of 1982-1985 receiving honors by the Sandra O’Connor society. Mr Marcus founded  The law office of Gerald L. Marcus and the Professional Accident Injury Network, Inc (P.A.I.N.) in 1987 and has limited his practice to representing innocent injured victims ever since.  Mr. Marcus’ philosophy is that every single innocent injured victim, regardless of the nature or extent of their injury, is entitled to the best possible legal representation so that they are placed on the same level playing field as the Insurance industry and corporate giants. Further, Gerry’s philosophy is that his job is to protect his client’s interests and prosecute their cases aggressively and zealously within the boundaries of the law so that he may achieve the maximum result for them.  Mr. Marcus has represented more than 17000 innocent injured victims and has recovered more than $300,000,000.00 for his clients through settlements, mediations, arbitrations, and jury verdicts.  Currently, Mr. Marcus has put together a team of experts and professional to strengthen his firm, which includes, investigators, case managers, negotiators, paralegals,attorneys, and support staff.  Mr. Marcus is an active member in good standing of the California State Bar Association, (CBA) The Amercian Bar Association, (ABA) and all local Bar associations sugs as, San Fernando Valley Bar Association, (SFVBA) Los Angeles County Bar Association, (LACBA) Beverly Hills Bar Association, (BHBA) as well as Consumer Attorney of California, (CAOC) Consumer Attorney Association of Los Angeles, (CAALA) and others.  He has been honored and recognized as a Southern California Super Lawyer for 10 years in a row and was honored as a Top 100 Super Lawyer  in 2019 and Honorary Board Member and on the Board of Directors for the Los Angeles Trial Lawyers Charities (LATLC).  Mr. Marcus served as President of  LATLC  in 2019 And continues to serve in the Executive Committee . Mr. marcus holds many other honors for his accomplishments as a consumer victim plaintiff personal injury attorney, but the most import to him is simply obtained great results for his clients. Mr . Marcus has resolved many cases by settlement , award or verdict in the mid 7 figure range .
