Biographical Information

Gary V. Conchin has been a Trial Lawyer since 1979.  He is a founding Member of Conchin, Cole, Jordan & Sherrod, a litigation firm located in Huntsville, Alabama.  His practice has focused on complex litigation in the areas of worker’s compensation, product liability, personal injury, wrongful death, commercial transactions, and insurance law in both State and Federal Courts.  He has obtained in excess of $150 million in jury verdicts and settlements.

Education

Gary V. Conchin was born in Johnson City, Tennessee and attended undergraduate school at David Lipscomb University and the University of Alabama. He attended Birmingham School of Law, graduating in 1979. He was president of his graduating class and an officer in Omicron Delta Kappa. He was admitted to practice in September 1979 and began litigating matters involving personal injury, wrongful death, and business litigation.
