Biographical Information
Eric C. Bonholtzer is an attorney who is dedicated to achieving results for his clients through hard work, preparation, and staying on the cutting edge. A civil litigation trial attorney, Mr. Bonholtzer is well-versed in depositions, arbitrations, and trial work, including trying both jury trial and bench trials. He has helped his clients achieve extraordinary results including a recent 13.1 million dollar verdict against the County of Riverside for an injured worker, a 4.9 million dollar settlement for an undocumented worker who fell through an uncovered atrium, a 2.5 million dollar settlement for an elderly tenant who fell down a defective flight of stairs, and several recent dangerous condition of public property verdicts including a 145,000 verdict against the City of Long Beach for a defective sidewalk and a 181,500 verdict against the City of Los Angeles for a defective sidewalk. He handles all aspects of litigation and his practice primarly consists of personal physical injury including auto accident and slip/trip and falls, dog bites, and product liablity.
