Biographical Information
Earl A. Vergara was born in the Philippines and immigrated to the United States in his youth. A graduate of St. Charles High School, Earl completed his Bachelors Degree in Political Science at the University of California, Berkeley, before earning his Juris Doctorate from Regent University Law School in Virginia.
Earl practices out of Geneva, Illinois, and primarily serves the counties of Kane, DuPage, Kendall, DeKalb, Will, Cook, McHenry, and LaSalle. Occasionally, Earl will venture to other counties to help clients as far as Rockford, Peoria, Morris and Carbondale, Illinois.
