Donald C. Kudler Esq.

Donald C. Kudler is a partner in the Las Vegas law firm Cap & Kudler. The firm gives personal attention to its clients. Mr. Kudler’s practice focuses on personal injury cases, commercial negotiations and litigation, business start up, and consumer advocacy.

Highly respected by his peers and judges, Donald Kudler has been asked by a Nevada Supreme Court Justice to give suggestions for improving the Nevada Short Trial Program. A fierce litigator, who welcomes all parties to the negotiation table when the client’s best interest calls for it, Mr. Kudler is very familiar with mediation and other forms of Alternative Dispute Resolution. When necessary, Mr. Kudler will carry a case through trial as he has done more than 70 times. Included in his victories, he has obtained the highest Jury Verdict in the Short Trial Program to date.

One of the few Nevada attorneys involved in the nationwide campaign to End Distracted Driving (see www.enddd.org) Mr. Kudler gives interactive presentations to students and adults to raise awareness of the dangers of texting while driving. He also lectures to and mentors students of the Law and Leadership Program at Canyon Springs High School. He has recently taken on the position of a Judge in the Truancy Diversion Program – a program aimed at keeping kids active in schools.

Mr. Kudler earned his B.A. and M.B.A. degrees from California State University, Fullerton, and his J.D. degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. He is a member of the State Bar of Nevada, the Nevada Justice Association, the American Association for Justice, the Clark County Bar Association, and The National Trial Lawyers Top 100. He was chosen as one of the Top Personal Injury lawyers in Nevada by Vegas, Inc. magazine in 2012 and 2013. He was awarded one of the Top Car Accident Lawyers in Las Vegas by Desert Companion Magazine in 2014. He was selected as one of the Top 100 Litigation Lawyers in Nevada for 2013 by the American Society of Legal Advocates.

Mr. Kudler has been admitted to practice in the State of Nevada since 1993.  He has also been admitted to practice before the Federal Court for the District of Nevada since that time.
