Craig Mitnick has been in the forefront of developing creative theories of liability and creative approaches to litigation that have resulted in positive outcomes for individuals and businesses nationwide. When engaging in the practice of law Craig is guided by his belief that justice, passion, and equality apply to all individuals and not just select persons.

Mitnick is known for his unfettered and vigorous representation of his clients. His portfolio of clients includes over 1000 retired NFL players who have claims against the NFL for concussion related injuries. Mitnick was involved in the groundbreaking litigation from the onset against the NFL.
His innovative approach to litigation and negotiated settlements in addition to his track record of successful verdicts has gained him national recognition as a leader in the profession.
After earning his B.B.A. in finance from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia, Mitnick received his Juris Doctor from George Washington University in Washington, DC. Mitnick began his career as an Assistant County Prosecutor in two separate counties in the state of New Jersey. During that time, he also acted as a certified instructor of law and procedure at two countywide police academies.
Upon transitioning over to the private practice of law, Mitnick founded Mitnick Law Office. From 2003-2007 Mitnick was a contracted on-air legal analyst for Fox News Channel, Fox News Radio, and CBS.
