Locke Meredith was born in Baton Rouge, La. on December 8, 1960. He attended Louisiana State University where he received his B.S. in 1983 and a J.D. in 1987.

In 1987, Mr. Meredith was admitted to the bar of Louisiana where he practiced before the Louisiana and United States District Court, First Circuit (1988). 19.4 Million– Brain Damage Injury– Our Client (Louisiana Resident) Was Injured in Automobile Accident When Struck by an 18 Wheeler. He (The Plaintiff) Suffered Severe Brain Damage.

11.2 Million – Brain Damage Injury – Our Client (Louisiana Resident) Suffered a Brain as Well as Other Severe Injuries. Insufficient Liability Insurance: Thus, Pursued and Obtained Recovery from Employer’s UM (Underinsured/uninsured) Insurance Company.

Bad Faith Suit Was Filed Against the Liability Insurer, Who Ultimately Settled for 10.5 Million Dollars.
7.2 Million – Brain Damage Injury – Our Client (Louisiana Resident) Was Injured While Working as a Contractor at an Industrial Plant, and He Suffered Severe Brain Injury 7.2 Million – Medical Malpractice – In this Medical Malpractice Case, Our Client (Louisiana Resident), a 14 Year Old Child, Had Her Leg Amputated as a Result of the Negligence of Both an Orthopedic and a Vascular Surgeon. 3.09 Million – Spine Injury – Our Client (a Louisiana Resident) was involved in a motor vehicle collision. As a result he suffered significant injuries including: cervical, lumbar and thoracic spine; Lacerated Liver; Lacerated/Torn bowel; Severe knee injuries (including torn ligaments); Right arm injuries; Severe left leg injuries; and contusions to the chest & abdomen. 3.0 Million – Chemical Lung Damage – Our Client (Louisiana Resident) Was Exposed to Toxic Chemicals That Caused Permanent Damage to Plaintiff’s Lungs.
2.0 Million – Brain & Spine Injury – Our Client (Baton Rouge, La Resident) Was Injured in Automobile Accident When the Vehicle (In Which He Was a Back Seat Passenger) Was Violently Struck in the Rear by an 18 Wheeler. He (The Plaintiff) Suffered Five (5) Fractured Vertebrae in His Neck.
