Locke Meredith was born in Baton Rouge, La. on December 8, 1960. He attended Louisiana State University where he received his B.S. in 1983 and a J.D. in 1987.

In 1987, Mr. Meredith was admitted to the bar of Louisiana where he practiced before the Louisiana and United States District Court, First Circuit (1988). Mr. Meredith has also had the privilege to practice before the United States Courts of Appeals, Fifth Circuit (1988), and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Louisiana.

19.4 Million– Brain Damage Injury– Our Client (Louisiana Resident) Was Injured in Automobile Accident When Struck by an 18 Wheeler. He (The Plaintiff) Suffered Severe Brain Damage.
16.4 Million– Chemical Exposure Injury – Our Client (Louisiana Resident) Was Exposed to Toxic Chemicals While Working as a Contractor at an Industrial Factory.
11.2 Million – Brain Damage Injury – Our Client (Louisiana Resident) Suffered a Brain as Well as Other Severe Injuries. Insufficient Liability Insurance: Thus, Pursued and Obtained Recovery from Employer’s UM (Underinsured/uninsured) Insurance Company.
10.5 Million – Insurance Bad Faith – Our Client (Louisiana Resident) Suffered Severe Brain Injury and Despite Sufficient Proof of Loss, the Liability Insurance Company Negligently and in Bad Faith Refused to Pay its 1 Million Dollar Liability Limits to Our Client. Bad Faith Suit Was Filed Against the Liability Insurer, Who Ultimately Settled for 10.5 Million Dollars.
7.2 Million – Brain Damage Injury – Our Client (Louisiana Resident) Was Injured While Working as a Contractor at an Industrial Plant, and He Suffered Severe Brain Injury 7.2 Million – Medical Malpractice – In this Medical Malpractice Case, Our Client (Louisiana Resident), a 14 Year Old Child, Had Her Leg Amputated as a Result of the Negligence of Both an Orthopedic and a Vascular Surgeon.                              3.09 Million – Spine Injury – Our Client (a Louisiana Resident) was involved in a motor vehicle collision. As a result he suffered significant injuries including: cervical, lumbar and thoracic spine; Lacerated Liver; Lacerated/Torn bowel; Severe knee injuries (including torn ligaments); Right arm injuries; Severe left leg injuries; and contusions to the chest & abdomen.                                                                                                       3.0 Million – Chemical Lung Damage – Our Client (Louisiana Resident) Was Exposed to Toxic Chemicals That Caused Permanent Damage to Plaintiff’s Lungs.
2.0 Million – Brain & Spine Injury – Our Client (Baton Rouge, La Resident) Was Injured in Automobile Accident When the Vehicle (In Which He Was a Back Seat Passenger) Was Violently Struck in the Rear by an 18 Wheeler. He (The Plaintiff) Suffered Five (5) Fractured Vertebrae in His Neck.
1.75 Million – Jones Act / Ship Injury – Our Client (Louisiana Resident)was Injured in an Offshore Accident.
1.75 Million – Severe Leg Damage – Our Client (Louisiana Resident) Suffered Severe Leg Injuries in While Working on a Barge.
1.6 Million – Spine & Disc Injury – Our Client (A Louisiana Resident) Was Injured in Automobile Accident When the Vehicle She Was Driving Was Violently Struck in the Rear by an 18 Wheeler. She (The Plaintiff) Suffered Significant Cervical and Lumbar Disc Injuries.
1.5 Million – Chemical Exposure Injury – Our Clients (Louisiana Residents) Were Exposed to Toxic Chemicals.
1.4 Million – Brain Damage & Disc Injury – Our Client (Louisiana Resident) Suffered Brain and Cervical Injuries in a Motor Vehicle Collision. A Consent Judgment Was Entered into by the Defendant in the Amount of 1.4 Million Dollars (Including Legal Interest).

1.32 Million – Spine & Disc Injury – Our Client(a Louisiana Resident and an Elderly Woman) Was Severely Injured in an Automobile Accident When Struck Walking Across a Roadway.
1.25 Million – Spine & Disc Injury – Our Client (Louisiana Resident) Was Injured in an Automobile Accident, and the Defendant Did Not Have Enough Liability Insurance to Fully Compensate Our Client.
1.08 Million – Brain & Disc Injury – Our Client (Louisiana Resident) Suffered Severe Injuries When He Fell 25 Feet from a Defective Catwalk/bridge, While in the Course and Scope of His Employment.
