Mr. Breiter has been selected to the National Trial Laywers Top 100 and has been named to 2013, 2014, 2015 Southern California Super Lawyers, Brian Breiter is a civil trial lawyer since 1995 in the area of Plaintiff’s Personal Injury. With over 35 million dollars in settlements and verdicts, Mr. Breiter has dedicated his practice to helping consumers during their most difficult times. Mr. Breiter is licensed in California and Florida. Mr. Breiter represents clients throughout the entire state of California.
Brian is also an adjunct professor at the Pepperdine Law School where he teaches “Improvisational Mediation” to fellow lawyers, mediators and judges. He also recently taught at the University of Calgary School of Law.
The office concentrates on wrongful death, serious injuries, automobile accidents, motorcycle crashes, dog bites, and slip and fall cases.

Professional Experience
Over the past 20 years Mr. Breiter has handled hundreds of cases and has recovered over 40 million dollars in settlements and verdicts for his clients. He handles only the most serious injury cases involving surgeries, broken bones, and amputations. Mr Breiter also handles wrongful death cases where he represents surviving family members who have lost their loved ones to tragedies. Brian primarily handles cases in California and Florida, and has tried cases throughout the country as well. He started his career in 1995 as an associate with Grover, Weinstein, and Stauber, in Miami Beach Florida, after which he opened his own law firm in 2000 in Los Angeles and Florida.
