Andrew R. Young

Andy Young is a partner at the Cleveland, OH firm Nurenberg, Paris, Heller & McCarthy Co., L.P.A.  His focus is representing victims of Trucking Accidents.  He holds an active Class A CDL and owns a Peterbilt 359 Semi-tractor.  Mr. Young is the Chair of the Ohio Association for Justice’s Trucking Safety Section.  He serves on the Executive Committee of the American Association for Justice’s Trucking Litigation Group and serves as the Chair of that organization’s Underride Committee.   Mr. Young has been invited to testify before the Ohio Senate Transportation Committee successfully advocating against legislation to allow for heavier trucks on Ohio’s Highways.  Mr. Young’s trial experience has been recognized by his peers through an invitation an election into membership of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA).  Mr. Young has earned an AV Preeminent peer rating through Martindale-Hubbell.  He has also been nominated and appointed various Commissions, Boards and Committees by an Ohio Supreme Court Justice, a Federal Judge, Common Pleas Judges, and other elected officials.
