Successful defense of claims of misappropriation of trade secrets by former employees of electrical contractor, Orange County Superior Court affirmed on appeal. SASCO v. Rosendin Electric, Inc., 207 Cal.App.4th 837 (2012), the California Court of Appeal affirmed a trial court’s order awarding the defendants almost $485,000 in attorneys’ fees and costs.
