Patrick Kang has been representing the people of Nevada since 2007. In 2014, Patrick was selected by the National Trial Lawyers Association to Nevada’s Top 40 Under 40. Patrick was successful in halting deportation proceedings against a client with complex immigration issues. He handles Immigration matters across the U.S. Patrick has successfully litigated divorce cases. In one such case he was able to get primary physical custody and maximum child support for a struggling mother of two. Patrick has also assisted those who have been discriminated against by employers, protected union member’s rights in administrative hearings, and represented employees in employment contract disputes.
