Michael Drew Goldstein

As the managing partner at Goldstein & Goldstein Co. L.P.A., Michael D. Goldstein provides dedicated legal representation to clients in Cleveland, Ohio, and throughout the state of Ohio.  He focuses his practice on personal injury, generally handling cases that involve auto accidents, nursing home neglect, medical malpractice and workers’ compensation. Mr. Goldstein also handles general litigation matters.

In 1999, Mr. Goldstein graduated with honors from The Ohio State University, obtaining a Bachelor of Science in financial planning. He then went on to attend the University of Wisconsin Law School. From there, he earned a Juris Doctor in 2002.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Goldstein has committed himself to aggressively advocating on behalf of those who have been injured by the negligent or intentional actions of others. He understands that minor and major accidents alike can have a devastating impact on injury victims, as well as on their families. For that reason, he strives to help them obtain compensation for their short- and long-term needs.

From the start of each client’s case until its conclusion, Mr. Goldstein provides his clients with the personalized attention and representation they need and deserve. Whether he is facing a large insurance company or corporation, or an individual person, Mr. Goldstein fights to safeguard his clients’ rights. He is board-certified in civil trial advocacy by the National Board of Legal Specialty Certification, and he holds an Avvo “Excellent” rating.  From 2015 – 2016, Michael has also been recognized as a Top 100 Trial Lawyer by the National Trial Lawyers, and in 2016, Michael was selected for membership in the Nations Top One Percent by the National Association of Distinguished Counsel, representing a selection of the top one percent of attorneys in the United States based on standards of legal excellence

Staying active in the legal community is a priority for Mr. Goldstein. He is a member of the American Association for Justice, the Cleveland Academy of Trial Attorneys, and the Ohio Association for Justice.
